  • Optical microfluidics: manipulation of liquid micro-volumes with laser emission (dosing, transportation, mixing, and separation of liquid micro-droplets)
  • Numerical modelling of microflows and heat and mass transfer processes in thin complex-liquid films under localized laser emission
  • Development of devices used in the comprehensive study of photoinduced capillary effects
  • Laser diagnostics of properties of liquids and solids
  • Methods for non-destructive testing for defects in solid materials
  • Water-based surfactant spreading processes over hydrophobic surfaces
