Dr. Mikhail Zhak Graduated from the financial faculty of Tyumen State University with a degree in Finance and Credit in 2001. In 2007 he received a Ph.D. in Economics, having defended his dissertation on the topic "The system of leasing relations in the agro-industrial complex of the Tyumen region" at the Ural State Agricultural Academy. In 2003, he completed an internship in the Faculty Exchange Program at the University of Lincoln, Nebraska, USA, through the US Department of Agriculture. In 2006-2007, he developed a series of courses on such topics as "Project Management Based on the ANSI PMI PMBOK Standard", "English as a Second Language", "Contract System in the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services", "Technology and Psychology sales ".
