TO PARTICIPANTS

Participation requirements:
To participate in the conference, please, send the reports corresponding to the topics of the conference. Both individual presenters and teams of authors are welcome.
The conference languages include the Russian and English. Form of participation: in presence and virtual. The paper presentation format is an oral report.
The forum proceedings will be published in as a collection of scientific papers on CDs.The collection will be assigned the international standards: ISBN, UDC, LBC, author’s signatures, state registration numbers. The electronic version of the collection will be located in the Scientific Electronic Library (www.elibrary.ru).
Following the forum’s conclusion, the reports (with the authors’ consent) can be published in the peer-reviewed scientific journal “Tyumen State University Herald.Social, Economic and Law Research”, included in the current list of the Higher Attestation Commission (the Russian Science Citation Index impact factor constitutes 1.293). The requirements for articles submission are available at https://vestnik.utmn.ru/avtoram/pravila-dlya-avtorov/.

By sending their materials to the conference, the authors verify that the presented paper has never been published anywhere else before, and agree to Tyumen State University publishing their articles in the open access on the Internet.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to select the materials submitted for publication. In case of rejecting the materials, the organizing committee does not disclose the reasons for the decision.

Deadline for submitting materials is September 10, 2017.
