The purpose of the forum is to discuss the current problems, share experience and summarize the results of the research on Russia’s social transformation dynamics, the sociocultural and socioeconomic modernization of Russia and its regions.

• The complex nature of the social transformation in Russia and its regions.
• The types and forms of social transformation of different societies.
• The determinants and factors of social transformation of Russia and its regions: sociocultural and socioeconomic components.

• The interregional comparativistics experience at the regional, federal and macro-regional levels in Russia and in the world.

During the Forum, plenary and sectional meetings are planned, as well as platforms for discussion, training seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and presentations of scientific research results.

The paper presentation format is an oral report.
