The purpose of the forum is to discuss the current problems, share experience and summarize the results of the research on Russia’s social transformation dynamics, the sociocultural and socioeconomic modernization of Russia and its regions.

During the Forum, plenary and sectional meetings are planned, as well as platforms for discussion, training seminars, workshops, exhibitions, and presentations of scientific research results.

The paper presentation format is an oral report.
