The project management is an essential condition for the project success. Adequate role allocation and clear distribution of duties are part of the overall strategy.


The project management respects the following principles:

• regular communication via email, telephone and Skype;
• active involvement of PC staff;
• transparent and consensus-based decision-making;
• clear and efficient planning, evaluation and reporting;
• equal gender distribution.

The following activities are performed to ensure effective  administrative and financial management:

- Regular coordination meetings (2-3 per year)
- Overall project management
- Regular analysis and archiving of the project documents
- Project monitoring by the EU partners and control of coherence with the work plan
- Everyday management and accounting
- Internal monitoring and evaluation measures
- Preparation of progress and final reports.
