Russian state scholarship for foreign students

The scholarship includes:

- full tuition coverage during the whole period of study at degree programs (Bachelor, Master and PhD);

- tuition-free Preparatory (pre-university) Program if needed;

- reservation at university dormitory;

- monthly payment.

In order to apply for the scholarship, candidates have to sign up on the Official Website of the Russian State Scholarship Program and attach all required documents (with notary certified translations* into Russian).

Translations can be made at a translation agency and certified at a Russian notary or at a Consulate of Russia in your country.

More information concerning the deadlines and the selection process can be obtained through your local Rossotrudnichestvo office (Russian Center for Science and Culture) or at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country.
