Student Accommodation

There are 4 dorms at UTMN. All of them are located within walking distance of the university buildings in the central and ecological district of the city.

Students live in modern one, two, or three-bedroom apartments with en-suite bathrooms, furnished with all necessary domestic appliances and of course, Wi-Fi. There also are lounge rooms and computer classes for studying, kitchens and laundry rooms.

One to four students live in a dorm room and the rent only costs $35-50 per month. There are lots of parks, stadiums, and cultural centers near the dorms where students like to gather and spend their free time.

Buses and route vans are the basis of transport system of the city. They run according to a set schedule. You may upload and install a special application on your mobile device. Keep your room and common areas neat and clean

Make a schedule of duties and responsibilities

Cook only in designated kitchens

Invite guests only from 10.00 a.m. until 10.00 p.m.

NEVER:

Smoke and drink alcohol

Use electrical appliances (stoves, boilers, etc.) in your room

Listen to music loudly and disturb other residents after 10.00 p.m.

Bring pets into the dormitory
